This isn't about forcing students into predetermined boxes. It's about exploration, discovery, and finding a path that aligns with their interests, strengths, and aspirations.

Through our partnerships in sport, training, and business, we empower opportunities for lasting success. We are in dialogue with organizations like Kiwi Staff, Tipene, and Te Wananga o Aotearoa to ensure students have access to diverse pathways.
In the Waikato region, 15-22% of Maori and Pacific rangatahi are not in education, employment, or training (NEET). This isn't because they lack potential — it's because they lack clear pathways and connections.
