The Education Hub operates through seven coordinated projects, each contributing to the single pathway model:
Flagship platform connecting schools, students, parents, employers, industry, community and government. Branded as 'Apex Career Pathways'. Target: 500+ students by Year 2.
Reposition the digital platform with Education Hub as centrepiece. Career Pathways, Trades, Work Experience sections. Live within 90 days.
Connect existing best-in-class organisations. Apex Property Group, Blue Light, Kiwi Staff, Unite Recruit, civil contractors. Target: 12+ partners by Month 3.
Construction, Civil Infrastructure, Surveying, Engineering, Property Development, Trades & Apprenticeships. Target: 80%+ placement rate.
Students build a real home from design to handover. Full construction cycle with H&S, QS, PM experience embedded. First build complete by Year 1 end.
Completed home becomes Foundation's first community housing project on Māori land. Demonstrates education + employment + housing model. Replicable nationally.
Everything needed already exists. The task is alignment under one Education Hub. No new systems — connect proven organisations. National rollout by Year 3.
